Your learning data.
Frizzl Co operates this pilot. Contact hello@frizzl.ing about your data, access, correction or deletion.
What we use
We store your account email and authentication records, your learning background and goals, generated lessons, answers, feedback, completion times and learning-plan preferences. A keyed hash of your email enforces the pilot allowance. Administrators’ course publications and learner resets are recorded for accountability.
We use this information to provide your account and lessons, save progress, prevent abuse and manage costs. Account and learning processing is necessary to provide the service you request; abuse prevention and operational records support our legitimate interest in running a reliable pilot.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the service. Supabase stores accounts, learning records and course references. Resend delivers account emails. OpenRouter and the selected model provider process the learning context, source excerpts and answers needed to generate lessons and feedback. Do not include sensitive personal information in your learning answers.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy terms and applicable transfer arrangements govern their processing; contact us for details about the providers used for your lesson.
Storage and your choices
We retain saved learning records while needed to provide the pilot and handle support, security and usage accounting. An administrator reset archives records rather than deleting them. Contact us to request deletion; we will explain any records we must retain and why. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period for this pilot.
We use an essential session cookie and local browser storage to keep answer drafts and avoid duplicate submissions. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Calendar reminder files are created in your browser and only added to your calendar when you import them; their alerts follow that calendar’s settings.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy of your information. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
